"Think milestones Hope, think milestones". That's what I have to keep reminding myself during the adoption process. We completed our final home study appointment last Friday. That is sooooooo exciting!! Unfortunately it was a pretty tough milestone to get through for both of us. The last few visits have been "all about us" which seemed breezy to get through. We are GREAT at talking about ourselves (kidding). This visit was all about our future babe and the potential issues that might arise. Without getting into too much detail, there was a point where Ken and I looked at each other like a deer in headlights. BUT its all for the greater good and we continue to hold on to the hope of filling our house with the sounds of sweet laughter very soon.

We have one more phone interview and a few doctors appointments left.
Almost finished with home study.
On another note - say a prayer. There might very well be a new Casa Caldwell soon. An offer has been put in and its TBD on the sellers end. Fingers crossed for this beauty!!
