Cooking School

Hey guys,

As one of our wedding gifts Ken and I recevied a class at Charleston Cooks downtown Charleston. It is a cooking class where you break into teams and each team has a porton of the recipe. We had such a great time! Ken was in charge of the Pork Chops and Puree the sauces and my job was the smashed potatoes with apples! YUM!!! Hopefully we will get to do this a lot more and I can get better in the kitchen.
