A Jazzy Event

We had a client in house last week and was presented with the challenge to create a Jazz Club inside the ballroom.  We had this grand plan and then the numbers grew and our plan had to be adjusted.  Here is what we came up with........

Later on in the week we were challenged with an event outdoors.  It was an awesome set up but the weather was not looking so hot (typical of this time of year).  Here is what we designed.  I especially love the stage built over the fire pit for the pianist who was flown in from NYC.
